We have a need for some sites to load files into a protected area and some files as free to access files.

E.g. some files e.g. minutes of a meeting might be for member viewing only .. other files might be open to public e.g. joining advice.

If it was possible to setup a secondary gems page, which did the same thing as the /gems page but loads files to a different file path (which has been set as file protected on the static server system).
