I cannot access them at all from outside the network.

The router documentation enables automatic set-up of the web server (port forward) but even though port 80 is listed and 192.168.2.1 is selected, I cannot access anything other than the above. The Frontier Admin Panel has 127.0.0.1 whereas the previous router had 192.168.1.x which worked perfectly.
